Frank,
Another great one. Keep it up, man! (glad you came back!)
Nice chord progression. Terrific mix - at various times each instrument caught my attention but was still "a part of the whole".
Nice job on that viola. The fingerpick guitar sounds better than I've ever heard anyone make it sound!
It's so good, I wanted the choir to be real.
Keep 'em coming!

Frank,
I'm having trouble today getting the song to play... but I did get it to play once yesterday so I'll have to review from memory.
Once againg you've done a great job of creating a very relaxing bit of music... exactly the kind I like to listen to while winding down after work.
I like the way you keep it interesting by introducing new instruments and sound textures throughout the song. You've got quite a collection of songs now and I hope you have success in marketing them.

Floyd,Again, very generous with your compliments. This "music" is different, obviously. Listen to a lot of YouTube artists for this genre. One of their video's had similar country-folk backing, so gave it a whirl. The setups for VSTi's are outstanding in BIAB, was lucky enough to get DIM PRO. There is light Reverb on the guitars. Did many "final's" before the balance was decent. Sometimes the instrument mix levels tend to fight one another. Also YA THINK maybe the outstanding RealTracks might have helped a bit... The viola in Rapture FilmScore pak was a new purchase about 3 weeks ago. First time auditioned was day before yesterday. Again thank you! Pat,I have downloaded it several times using Firefox, and it seems to work OK. The file is larger due to 320 Kbps. Cool part of this music is only the Great BIAB realtracks style playing alone sounds good. We are so lucky to have these tools available to improve the music. After listening to many YT artist's the changes are a necessary part of the music. Its interesting you mention Textures. There are several "Texture" folders with the synth's not used yet. More to learn. Regarding Sales, am very realistic in this regards. Creating decent music and have some folks enjoy it is the primary goal, also bit of legacy. As mentioned in information in another posting...when a very famous rock group only gets $5000 from millions of plays. Would be neat to have someone use it though. Thanks Pat!

gruverider,
Different a bit, modeled style on song listened to on YT, was surprised how well their music sounded with touch of folk/country. Thank you.
Guenter,
Want so bad to learn vocaloid, but do not want to spend time on that right not. Its sounds in your music would be a big plus in this type of music. RT's are such a blessing for us all to use. Thanks.
Josie,
No, did not know that, just want decent relaxing easy to listen to music. Glad you enjoyed it!

Man, is it every easy to apply personal imagery to that. Me? I'm watching the shadows of clouds moving through a valley. I know it was a lot of effort and I'm glad you gave us a chance to listen!

Bud & Janice,
That is a great compliment for me, imagination and its journeys. 99% of the work is fun, the last end tweaking gets harder.
My pleasure to share!
Thanks for your generous compliments.

FrankB, Your getting a big response from the Forumites for good reason. This is beautiful! I really enjoyed it. I'd call the genre New Age, but I'm never hung-up on labels. Looking forward to the video. SD

The Band-in-a-Box® Flash Drive Backup Option
Today (April 5) is National Flash Drive Day!
Did you know... not only can you download your Band-in-a-Box® Pro, MegaPAK, or PlusPAK purchase - you can also choose to add a flash drive backup copy with the installation files for only $15? It even comes with a Band-in-a-Box® keychain!
For the larger Band-in-a-Box® packages (UltraPAK, UltraPAK+, Audiophile Edition), the hard drive backup copy is available for only $25. This will include a preinstalled and ready to use program, along with your installation files.
Backup copies are offered during the checkout process on our website.
Already purchased your e-delivery version, and now you wish you had a backup copy? It's not too late! If your purchase was for the current version of Band-in-a-Box®, you can still reach out to our team directly to place your backup copy order!
Note: the Band-in-a-Box® keychain is only included with flash drive backup copies, and cannot be purchased separately.
Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.

Band-in-a-Box® 2024 Review: 4.75 out of 5 Stars!
If you're looking for a in-depth review of the newest Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows version, you'll definitely find it with Sound-Guy's latest review, Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows Review: Incredible new capabilities to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs.
A few excerpts:
"The Tracks view is possibly the single most powerful addition in 2024 and opens up a new way to edit and generate accompaniments. Combined with the new MultiPicker Library Window, it makes BIAB nearly perfect as an 'intelligent' composer/arranger program."
"MIDI SuperTracks partial generation showing six variations – each time the section is generated it can be instantly auditioned, re-generated or backed out to a previous generation – and you can do this with any track type. This is MAJOR! This takes musical experimentation and honing an arrangement to a new level, and faster than ever."
"Band in a Box continues to be an expansive musical tool-set for both novice and experienced musicians to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs, as well as an extensive educational resource. It is huge, with hundreds of functions, more than any one person is likely to ever use. Yet, so is any DAW that I have used. BIAB can do some things that no DAW does, and this year BIAB has more DAW-like functions than ever."
