Cool song!! Love the vibe, love the vocal, and the lyric is fun. I always like your style. I believe you're in Sacramento. We are neighbors-I live in Davis. Thanks for posting! Take care. Greg

Carolyne, really nice feel, thoroughly enjoyed it. The spacing on the vocals worked perfectly. What microphone do you use?

Hi, Carolyne !:))

Wonderful, just great music
so superbly sung and performed !
You sing this song in a mood
that you really make me wish
that Christmas would be here
tomorrow again to give me a reason
to listen to this again and again !!:))
In fact, your song makes me feel fine
though it is a goodbye song ?
How do one explain that ???? (LOL) !!

Just simply great Carolyne !!!

Cheers

Dani,
Wow...I don't know what to say; such a nice, heartfelt compliment you have given! I guess a BIG THANK YOU is where I should start. If you, as I, believe music people are gifted with an ability to communicate emotion, your review of Goodbye to Christmas has certainly upheld that tenet. It is one of the reasons I try to be careful about what I write. You just never know to whom or what type of emotion is being elicited. Thank you so much for your wonderful comments. Have a great, and musical 2015.

Well, this is the second song I've heard of yours, and you've consistently hit a high bar with both!

Not much else to say, other than I'm looking forward to your next song. laugh

Vocal control, you say. Never heard of it. Is that some kind of ProTools thing?

Band-in-a-Box® 2024 Review: 4.75 out of 5 Stars!

If you're looking for a in-depth review of the newest Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows version, you'll definitely find it with Sound-Guy's latest review, Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows Review: Incredible new capabilities to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs.

A few excerpts:
"The Tracks view is possibly the single most powerful addition in 2024 and opens up a new way to edit and generate accompaniments. Combined with the new MultiPicker Library Window, it makes BIAB nearly perfect as an 'intelligent' composer/arranger program."

"MIDI SuperTracks partial generation showing six variations – each time the section is generated it can be instantly auditioned, re-generated or backed out to a previous generation – and you can do this with any track type. This is MAJOR! This takes musical experimentation and honing an arrangement to a new level, and faster than ever."

"Band in a Box continues to be an expansive musical tool-set for both novice and experienced musicians to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs, as well as an extensive educational resource. It is huge, with hundreds of functions, more than any one person is likely to ever use. Yet, so is any DAW that I have used. BIAB can do some things that no DAW does, and this year BIAB has more DAW-like functions than ever."
