Here's a short video with some tips on using PG Radio, such as

1. Getting the songs to play in shuffle (random) order
2. Finding the name of the song currently playing.
3. Finding the PG Music forum post about the song, with:
- info about the song, lyrics, story behind the song
- Band-in-a-Box RealTracks used
- other DAWS or RealBand used, effects etc.
4. How to skip to the next song in the radio.

Here's a link to the video that shows you those tricks... http://screencast.com/t/vICvWRrcUcJ2

Have Fun!

This was such as great idea and I hope all forum members realize what a wonderful opportunity this is listen to one another, support one another, and also grow in musical knowledge in a highly supportive atmosphere of trust.

This Band in a Box forum is a marvelous spot for encouragement and feedback and hearing how people continuously grow and develop from the generous feedback of their peers. I have seen other places on the web where it is all about competition and weird, wrong-headed criticism, and oddly enough, everything sounds kind of bland--and the same.

Not so here. I am finding dynamic new grooves all over the place--and, interestingly, I am seeing that some BIAB radio contributors have had more sound cloud hits in the past week than some self-proclaimed "pros" have had in the past two years.

Get on with your bad self Band in a Box Radio. Seriously, y'all keep it up and keep encouraging one another. Everyone is on a roll and this is amazing to watch. Go for it. Make on another viral.

Band-in-a-Box® 2024 Review: 4.75 out of 5 Stars!

If you're looking for a in-depth review of the newest Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows version, you'll definitely find it with Sound-Guy's latest review, Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows Review: Incredible new capabilities to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs.

A few excerpts:
"The Tracks view is possibly the single most powerful addition in 2024 and opens up a new way to edit and generate accompaniments. Combined with the new MultiPicker Library Window, it makes BIAB nearly perfect as an 'intelligent' composer/arranger program."

"MIDI SuperTracks partial generation showing six variations – each time the section is generated it can be instantly auditioned, re-generated or backed out to a previous generation – and you can do this with any track type. This is MAJOR! This takes musical experimentation and honing an arrangement to a new level, and faster than ever."

"Band in a Box continues to be an expansive musical tool-set for both novice and experienced musicians to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs, as well as an extensive educational resource. It is huge, with hundreds of functions, more than any one person is likely to ever use. Yet, so is any DAW that I have used. BIAB can do some things that no DAW does, and this year BIAB has more DAW-like functions than ever."
