Hola, saludos, soy nuevo en el foro aunque llevo unos meses usando Band in a Box. Me gustaría saber como grabar mi guitarra en el canal de audio y luego pasarla por un plugin de amplificadores y efectos para que todo quede grabado despues. Mi interes es hacer las pistas de mis canciones para llevarselas a mis compañeros de banda antes de los ensayos y asi ganar tiempo. Hola Danagor, bienvenido al foro. Para grabar cualquier fuente de audio externa como tu guitarra, una voz o un instrumento en Band in a Box (BiaB), debes usar la pista de audio que incluye el programa. Despues de conectar tu guitarra debes chequear la configuración del driver de audio de modo que la entrada de audio este siendo recibida por el programa, luego activas el VU meter de audio en la barra de tareas del Band in a Box, (el ícono de tres barritas verde rojas con el altavoz pequeñito) de modo de monitorear visualmente la señal de la guitarra. Luego le das al botón rojo llamado G.Aud, al abrirse la ventana seleccionas tus opciones y empiezas a grabar. Luego de la grabación pulsas el boton DXi 'Configuraciones de Synth', alli seleccionas 'Pista Audio' y cargas el plugin de tu preferencia para procesar la guitarra, o la voz si es un cantante. Es necesario que en el menu de Configuraciones de Audio la casilla 'Usar DX Audio Plugin a Tiempo Real' este seleccionada. Importante: si usas Real Drums o Real Tracks debes tomar en cuenta que tambien se procesaran con el plugin que hayas elegido, lo cual no es deseable si es por ejemplo un efecto de distorsión, ya que el canal del plugin recibe y procesa toda la información de audio de Band in a Box. Para poder separar esos componentes de manera que solo la pista de audio con la guitarra o la voz sea procesada y RD y RT no se vean afectados es más conveniente usar el programa Real Band o Power Tracks Audio ya que ellos implementan y permiten mayor control e independencia del audio.
Para terminar ya solo te queda crear tu pista final convirtiéndola a audio en formato .wav o wma usando el botón WAV (ícono de floppy disk con un microfónito).
Sobre este tema hay mucho que conversar, estoy preparando información escrita y gráfica con imágenes para cubrir y explicar otros aspectos mas detalladamente.

Muchas gracias por ayudarme Carlos esta informacion me ha sido muy util, ya hice algunas pruebas y me funciona de maravilla =D espero por el material grafico, una vez mas muchisimas gracias por la ayuda les deseo exitos.

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first?
