Hallo zusammen,
gestern am 14.12.2016 wurde mein Windows 7 (64 Bit) mit 9 Updates auf den neuesten Stand gebracht. Danach wurde meine BiaB Festplatte nicht mehr erkannt. Es kommt nur eine Anfrage, dass die Festplatte erst benutzt werden kann, wenn ich sie formartiere.^^
Ich habe also momentan keinen Zugriff zu meinem erst am 15.9.2016 gekauften BiaB 2016 UltraPlus PC G Programm und bin ratlos.
Wer kennt die Lösung zu diesem Problem?

Möglicherweise wird das Problem nicht durch das zitierte Windows Update verursacht.
Bei Problemen mit der Erkennung der externen BiaB Festplatte haben oft folgende Schritte geholfen:
- Ausreichende Energieversorgung durch Verwendung beider USB Anschlüsse des mitgelieferten USB Kabels.
- gelegentlich hilft ein Öffnen der Festplatten-Umhüllung zusammen mit einem Ab- und Abstecken der Festplatte. Manchmal sind die Kontakte nicht sicher genug geschlossen.

Hallo MartinB,
die Festplatte und das Programm lief ja jetzt 3 Monate problemlos. Beim ersten Starten hatte ich kleines Problem, weil nicht automatisch ein Laufwerksbuchstabe zugeordnet wurde und ich das dann per Hand selber gemacht habe, aber seit dem lief alles bestens. Jetzt erst gestern nach dem Windows Update kommt erst diese Meldung (Auf T:/ kann nicht zugegriffen werden. Die Datei oder das Verzeichnis ist beschädigt und nicht lesbar). Dabei habe ich die externe BiaB Festplatte die letzten Wochen gar nicht berührt, sondern an ihrem sicheren Ort liegen lassen.
Das wäre schon ein merkwürdiger Zufall, dass die Festplatte nach dem Windows Update nicht mehr funktioniert und es KEINEN Zusammenhang mit dem Update gäbe.

Versuche mal, die Platte an einen anderen Rechner zu stecken und schau, ob sie dort ansprechbar ist. Auf diese Weise kommtst du zumindest bei der "Ursachenforschung" weiter.
Falls sie dort zu lesen ist, liegts an dienem Rechner. Falls nicht, an der Platte (naja, das war jetzt ähem trivial).

weitere Maßnahme: in der Systemsteuerung alle (!) Laufwerkszuweisungen löschen.
zusätzlich: alle USB-Zuweisungen löschen.
Danach sollte das Laufwerk wieder erkannt werden. (= eigene Erfahrung)

Hallo Brille,
diese Idee hatte ich auch und ich habe die Festplatte an meinem Labtop angeschlossen. Dort hatte ich die gleiche Meldung. Also ob das Windows Update die BiaB Festplatte zerschossen hat.

Oje, es sieht so aus, als wäre die Platte tatsächlich angezählt oder sogar ausgeknockt. Hattest du dort nur die BiaB-Installation drauf oder auch deine Musik-Dateien? Zumindest die Programminstallation wirst du dir bei PGMusic unter "My Account" nochmal laden können (auch wenns lange dauert, wegen der je nach Umfang zig Gigabytes), allerdings nur, wenn du das da auch online gekauft hast.
Wenn du es hier in Deutschland be M3C gekauft hast, helfen dir die auch weiter, die sind nett.

Ja, das sieht nach defekter Platte aus. Letzter Strohhalm: Probier's noch mit einem anderen Kabel (auch wenn das wahrscheinlich nur Zeitverschwendung ist); aber dann hast Du alle Erste-Hilfe-Möglichkeiten ausgeschöpft: A. Anderer Rechner B. anderes Kabel C. Zuücksetzen der Gerätedaten. Vielleicht wurde ja bei einem Neustart des Systems die Platte nicht sauber getrennt oder der Stecker gezogen als sie noch nicht abgemeldet war...es gibt da viele Fehlermöglichkeiten. Die Fehlermeldung deutet auf drei wahrscheinliche Ursachen hin: 1. der Controllerchip der externen Platte hat Schaden genommen 2. das NTFS-Verzeichnis oder der NTFS-Bootsektor wurde fehlerhaft beschrieben 3. der Schreib-/Lesekopf ist defekt. Es gibt noch eine (GNU-)Software auf dem Markt, die bei Verzeichnisfehlern (2.) vielleicht helfen kann: http://www.cgsecurity.org/wiki/TestDisk_DEViel Glück
