With the celebration of the resurrection of Jesus on Easter Sunday,I would like to share one of the first songs I recorded using the BIAB software a few years ago. This song is called "Hope Beyond The Grave". Please forgive me for not remembering what Realtracks these were, but I do remember that everything was BIAB except my vocals, some synth work and my guitar (Godin nylon). Thanks for listening and may it be a blessing to you. Torrey.

Hope Beyond The Grave
Copyright 2002
Torrey Bliss BMI

Some say when we all die
When we've lived out our last day
That there's no hope when were gone
That we just all fade away

I have hope beyond the grave
I know there will come a day
When I'll walk through heavens door
I have a reason to believe
You died to set me free
You rose on the third day
I have a hope, hope beyond the grave

Lord when you walked on this earth
Seen by the one's who wrote your word
And they are words that bring life
Giving hope and peace of mind

Hi Torrey,

Very, very nice! A nice full musical arrangement to accompany the solid vocal. The organ on the right channel really rounds out the production. And your guitar work shines bright. This was a very enjoyable listen with a great lyric. best to you ...

Torrey,

That`s a very well crafted production for any BiaB user, let alone a newbie.
Your vocals are always excellent - expressive and smooth at the same time - and this is one of your best.
Nice guitar work too!

Torrey,

A very timely post on Easter Sunday here in Australia!

You've done a spectacular job with this. Your melody and lyrics resonate with musical talent, and your singing, arrangement and mix sound outstanding (and then some).

Your set of musical skills that is on display here show a master craftsman.

A super listen!

Regards,
Noel

What a superb arrangement, mix and performance.

We would think that your music speaks to a lot of folks who do not or would not listen to more traditional spiritual music.

The mix simply sounds superb on our monitors...really, really good.

Great tune!

I really admire your ability to create these kind of simple and catchy smooth soulful pop songs. Great intro and guitar playing, excellent vocals. I also enjoyed the perfect chord progression.

I couldn't have said it any better. You should send this to Christian radio stations. I'm sure they would play this radio ready song.

Simply your best to date.

This is a keeper.
