Rob & Anne-Marie,
This is just outstanding! Your vocals are always so good, but this one is over the top. The arrangement is excellent, and the song is very well written. Great job!

Beautiful song... Beautiful voices... beautiful people.
I agree that the vocals are outstanding! The pad-like lush harmonies flowing behind Rob's melody really do a good job of creating a dreamscape mood for the song.
Two enthusiastic thumbs up! And since I happen to be barefoot at the moment... a couple of enthusiastic toes up too! ;-) Thank you Patrick, your support is definitely appreciated! Rob & Anne-Marie

Rob & Anne-Marie, I enjoyed letting this one wash over me - phrases from the lyrics come through but the meaning comes as much from the the beautiful feeling in the vocals and mood your arrangement creates. Very, very good!
Robert thank you Robert, the feeling in the song is probably more important than the lyrics ;-)

RnAM, everything that I wanted to say has been already said. All I can add is this is an absolutely beautiful piece of music. Great vocals and backing tracks mixed to perfection.
This is a keeper.

Earlier posters soaked up all the words/phrases that immediately come to mind like:
- lovely - top quality - beautiful - gorgeous - outstanding - great vocals - masterpiece - etc.
One is hard pressed to add to that. We simply want to add that this is one of the best produced songs we've heard on this forum over the past five years that we've been here.
There is so much texture but the mix never sounds dense. It takes several listens to absorb it all...and then some time to contemplate how the heck you guys do this so well.
Superb!

Rob, you've certainly created another masterpiece as part of your 're-hashing' experimentation.
As usual, brilliant vocals from your camp.
Every part of this is so enjoyable. Trevor, Masterpiece....wow Thanks! Rob and Anne-Marie

Everything works in this mix. Lyrics, music and melody. You've got a hit here, IMO.
Thanks for sharing it with us.

Hi Rob & Anne-Marie.
I look forward to your song posts; always something different, as you once said - re-inventing yourself.
This is fabulous.
Wonderful chord sequence and melody, with a very professional and lush backing track.
And yes, excellent vocals throughout.
Great arrangement and mix to finish it off.
Enjoyed it all.
ROG. Thanks ROG, we really appreciate that you appreciate our music And Anne-Marie appreciates your comment on the backing vocals very much!!!

Hi Rob and Anne-Marie,
Such a pretty ballad. And what a fantastic vocal, Rob. This is so good. That was a wonderful listen. We loved everything about it. Oh, that pedal steel was a great choice.
In order for me (Alan) to revisit my youth, I have to find a history book. You know you're getting old when things of your younger adult years are being taught in high school history books!
Again, a truly wonderful song, arrangement, vocal and arrangement! Have a great weekend.
Alan & Di Thank you Al & Di that is so appreciated!

So that's how it's done! Got it. I guess, just be great at what you do. What great vocals and a nice write and production all the way around. What a great showing of your talents.

Simply beautiful, vocals flow nicely along the piano. Other instruments fit perfectly in the mood. Backing vocals sound sometimes exactly like a synth, very interesting Janne Thank you Janne, Much appreciated!
