Hello,
I'm trying to use this style but as soon as I choose this M_SJCOOL style I have yellow messages that I attach and I do not understand.
Which Realtracks should I install? What sets numbers?

M_SJCOOL is part of MIDI Super Tracks 7

In Biab, if you go to Help > What Add-ons do I have, do you see Set "MST 7" as being unavailable (see "These add-ons are not found")

What packages have you purchased?

The problem is: Which sets I have to buy for not having these errors? The system does not help me to understand this.

OK, another way to perhaps find out.

If you go to style picker and select M_SJCOOL, does it show this information (top image), and if you select it, does the box at lower left show the exact information as in the 2nd image?

N/A will mean Not Available

MST refers to MIDI Super Track

So the problem seems to indicate that you don't have Real Tracks 902 or 1228 installed.

What PAK did you purchase with BiaB? E.g.

UltraPlusPAK
EverythingPAK
Band-in-a-Box Audiophile Edition
RealPAK Rock/Pop Vol. 3

1228 is in Real Tracks Set 113 (Smooth Jazz)

The ~ symbol means one RealTracks has been automatically substituted for another. You will see this when a RealTracks that more closely matches the song project's tempo is substituted for a RealTracks that doesn't closely match the song project tempo.

If you do not want automatic substitutions the feature can be disabled in Preferences. Press "Cntrl + E" or "Options" > "Preferences ..." then select the RealTracks button.

Jim Fogle...Yes!! I did as you said.
The Piano track is in another color ... is an MST track?
Now I've tried creating a new song with only 2 chords for exercise.
If I listen to song I feel the piano sounds with a terrible latency :-((

I use virtualmidisynth midi output driver
Virtualmidisynth

Should I then look for a HW solution for sounds? Any ideas?

From the Help:
The color of the instrument name indicates its type or state.
- White indicates that the part is empty and is not in use.
- Yellow indicates a MIDI track playing a Band-in-a-Box MIDI part.
- Green indicates a RealTrack instrument. If the track name is underlined it also has RealChart notation.
- Blue indicates a MIDI SuperTrack.
- Red means that the track has been muted. When one of the tracks is being soloed all other tracks will change color to red.
- For the Audio track, yellow shows that an audio recording is present on the track.

Software Synths should work fine. What happens if you choose a different output, e.g. the standard CoyoteWT plugin? Do you still get this latency?

What are the driver latency settings in the MIDI/Audio Drivers Setup page?

HELLO videotrack,
While waiting for the answer I set 380ms virtualmidisynth latency. And I got this mp3. Now I try to use the coyote plugin. Before using BIAB I used this virtualmidisynth to improve the sound of midi I downloaded and played with Vanbasco

SMOOTH FIRST TRIAL

The Band-in-a-Box® Flash Drive Backup Option

Today (April 5) is National Flash Drive Day!

Did you know... not only can you download your Band-in-a-Box® Pro, MegaPAK, or PlusPAK purchase - you can also choose to add a flash drive backup copy with the installation files for only $15? It even comes with a Band-in-a-Box® keychain!

For the larger Band-in-a-Box® packages (UltraPAK, UltraPAK+, Audiophile Edition), the hard drive backup copy is available for only $25. This will include a preinstalled and ready to use program, along with your installation files.

Backup copies are offered during the checkout process on our website.

Already purchased your e-delivery version, and now you wish you had a backup copy? It's not too late! If your purchase was for the current version of Band-in-a-Box®, you can still reach out to our team directly to place your backup copy order!

Note: the Band-in-a-Box® keychain is only included with flash drive backup copies, and cannot be purchased separately.

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.

Band-in-a-Box® 2024 Review: 4.75 out of 5 Stars!

If you're looking for a in-depth review of the newest Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows version, you'll definitely find it with Sound-Guy's latest review, Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows Review: Incredible new capabilities to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs.

A few excerpts:
"The Tracks view is possibly the single most powerful addition in 2024 and opens up a new way to edit and generate accompaniments. Combined with the new MultiPicker Library Window, it makes BIAB nearly perfect as an 'intelligent' composer/arranger program."

"MIDI SuperTracks partial generation showing six variations – each time the section is generated it can be instantly auditioned, re-generated or backed out to a previous generation – and you can do this with any track type. This is MAJOR! This takes musical experimentation and honing an arrangement to a new level, and faster than ever."

"Band in a Box continues to be an expansive musical tool-set for both novice and experienced musicians to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs, as well as an extensive educational resource. It is huge, with hundreds of functions, more than any one person is likely to ever use. Yet, so is any DAW that I have used. BIAB can do some things that no DAW does, and this year BIAB has more DAW-like functions than ever."
