I remember that last season I used 2017/4 and it was fine. My last gig I used 2017/5 and had a different issue but not serious. I just loaded 7 with the issue so back to 4 until it's addressed.
I'm beginning to worry a little about this, as it's quite a serious issue, and I would have guessed not an extremely difficult one to resolve. However, it's sure taking a long time.

Real Band (2017-build 7) installed on two computers, a desktop and a laptop, both running Windows 10.
The laptop has the same problem reported by others, all songs (SEQ) run on past the endings. I reverted back to build 4 and it's fixed. Before I did this I tried returning to factory settings. This did not work.
The desktop seems to be okay with build 7 except for one song that runs past the end. There may be many others, but I haven't the time to go through a lot of them right now.
I tried the SEQ and it stopped using ASIO and Always On or off. I tried it using MME Output always On and it did not stop. I tried it with MME off and it stopped.
Yes, that fixes it! Thank you for finding that and pointing it out. So . . . what is that setting for? Why do I need to choose always on or off? Still seems like a problem when "MME on" makes the songs roll on and on.
My desktop uses ASIO and my laptop uses MME (short story - different audio interfaces), so this fix explains why my desktop seems OK (except for at least one song).
I don't think it broke something, it's just something that was missed while implementing the MME always on. The main thing is he implemented the VST sync, that was an enormous achievement and well worth it and expands the capabilities of RB no end. This is just a small bug that is easily bypassed. I would say it hasn't been fixed as it is not too important at the moment if they are working on bigger n better things.
