Hi Rob,
I'm listening on a January afternoon in England, with the temperature hovering around freezing and the snow refusing to melt.
Just for a few minutes, I was transported to a warm beach where I could relax and listen to the soothing sounds of the local musicians.
Many thanks for that interlude!
ROG.

Rob,
Lovely atmosphere you captured here and nice warm vocals. Just me...I couldn`t help but hear some ooohs from grass skirted ladies on the chorus!

As soon as the song started playing I was whisked away to a warm, tropical beach. I would do just about anything to go to somewhere tropical like Waikiki! Maybe one day.
Thanks for sharing!
Cheers, Ember

Rob loved your vocal. I heard a hint of Don Ho on this tune. Very well done. Backtrack was very cool. Closed my eye and dreamed of sandy beaches

You nailed the vibe with this song - I really enjoyed listening to it. My inner grammar nazi wants you to correct a line say "caresses your skin". The much smaller but more polite section of my brain tells him he should shut up and just enjoy your song.

Hi Rob,
I've traveled extensively all over the world, but like you, I've never been to Hawaii. I've been to all but two of the fifty US states - Oregon and Hawaii being those not visited. I've always wanted to go to Hawaii, but with Di's health, such a trip is out of the question. But she's prettier than Hawaii anyway!
The backing tracks are spot on and your voice is so relaxing. This is truly on of the best Hawaiian-based songs I've listened to in my near 71 years. That was a real treat! best to you.
Alan

Very nice Rob.
The imagery is wonderful and we love the swing feel.
Nice touch with the mandolin and, as always, your vocal is top notch.
Enjoyed it!

I've been to that beach Waikiki, years ago and your song transported me back there hearing the waves and feeling the sun it was wonderful. Really nice and relaxing with your smooth and cool vocals. Right up there with Don Ho and Israel.

Rob, This has the perfect compliment of Real Tracks. Your vocal is the star of this fine write and production. Nothing I would change. Well done, Tom

Very well done! You nailed the tropical vibe here - I almost could feel the warmth of Hawaii air as I closed my eyes and let the music take control. Great job, and thanks for sharing

Band-in-a-Box® 2024 Review: 4.75 out of 5 Stars!
If you're looking for a in-depth review of the newest Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows version, you'll definitely find it with Sound-Guy's latest review, Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows Review: Incredible new capabilities to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs.
A few excerpts:
"The Tracks view is possibly the single most powerful addition in 2024 and opens up a new way to edit and generate accompaniments. Combined with the new MultiPicker Library Window, it makes BIAB nearly perfect as an 'intelligent' composer/arranger program."
"MIDI SuperTracks partial generation showing six variations – each time the section is generated it can be instantly auditioned, re-generated or backed out to a previous generation – and you can do this with any track type. This is MAJOR! This takes musical experimentation and honing an arrangement to a new level, and faster than ever."
"Band in a Box continues to be an expansive musical tool-set for both novice and experienced musicians to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs, as well as an extensive educational resource. It is huge, with hundreds of functions, more than any one person is likely to ever use. Yet, so is any DAW that I have used. BIAB can do some things that no DAW does, and this year BIAB has more DAW-like functions than ever."
