hello win 10 biab 2018 latest 509 build, clean up has been run after 509 update.
in the style picker window i clicked on yearnin style pressed the load song demo tab and i got "not found message(image 1)"
i then clicked on the folder tab in the "play using premade demo area to download or show the file in a folder it then takes me to the folder showing the wma yearnin file bb real tracks data style demos audio i then searched bb for the _yearnin style(sty file) and i found it in c\bb\styles so in the main biab window i click on file tab then open tab...i find my style file and click open but nothing happens ,in fact none of the styles open from that folder when using the file open option.
i hope i have explained ok. i seem to be having quite a few problems with bb so if ive posted similar post,im sorry yadayada thanks for any reply and time and effort to everybody.

Either there is no demo WMA file present in your demo folder, or it is a style without demo, as a lot of usersyley don't have. It seems as if you have other problems though. Try running BIAB as "Administrator". For 2018 run the Clean-up tool in the data folder, otherwise reinstall BIAB. F
fiddler i have the wma style demo file and the yearnin style(sty) file do i need other files to load the demo? thanks for your time.

As I explained in that other thread, the "Load Song Demo" button does not load an audio file. This button loads the CHORD CHART of that audio file into BIAB's chord sheet so that a user can use it with all the chords and settings that PG Music have created with it.
What is happening is that BIAB is not finding the SGU or MGU songfile that is associated with both the audio demo and the .STY file. (It finds the audio file (the wma) and the style file (the STY) but it cannot locate the SGU or MGU file.)
It seems that this as arisen because of the folder cleanup that BIAB 2018 introduced.
PG Music have mentioned that they are aware of this issue and that there is a fix being prepared for it.
Just so you can see what I mean about the "Load Demo Song" button, try this experiment (hopefully it works for you)...
1. Start a new chord sheet by selecting "File | New". This will only have a C chord present in bar 1.
2. Open Stylepicker and find the style ZZBOSSA.STY
3. Click the arrowhead that I've labelled #1 on the image below. If you wait a few seconds, you will hear an audio demo of this style ZZBOSSA
4. Now click on "Load Song Demo" (#2 on the image).
5. Exit Stylepicker and return to the Chord sheet. You should see the chord sheet full of chords now. (It only had a C chord to start with.) These chords are the ones that were used to create the audio demo that you listened to a minute ago. If you generate the chordsheet, you'll now hear BIAB playing that audio demo live.

Build 509 is dated January 15 and Andrew (from PG Music) replied to your post on January 14. Even thought Andrew indicated that 509 would contain the correction, it looks like more than a day is needed to fix this issue.
I will report this thread to the developers so that they are aware of the extra styles that you've found that do not have associated song files.

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first?
