Hi, Torrey !

Don´t know about
being pro - guess
it is more a matter
of preferences - if you
or the other members
would be interested in
doing these - they would
do it much better than I !

But, Torrey ! I do want to
thank you for your most kind
words !

Cheers

"dani48"...

In case no one ever told you, your songs are FUN to listen to! The subject matter of them seems almost always to be upbeat, your arrangements are energetic and upward-moving, and the skill with which you record your vocals adds immensely to the "eternal party" sound I think I've heard from your past posts.

Only a few days ago I returned home after a vacation in San Francisco. On my last day there, I went to a place called "Rodeo Lagoon and Beach" at one end of the Golden Gate Bridge. There were surfers in wetsuits out in the ocean. I watched them for a long while. They looked as though they were having an incredible amount fun riding those waves. So, now, I have the perfect soundtrack for remembering that day!

"Surf's up!"

LOREN

Dani,

Like RnAM, I've never been surfing. Even though I grew up in a seaside town, it was located on an enclosed bay and it was very rare for big waves to appear on the water.

You definitely know how to capture the surf flavour of the 60s. The minute this starts playing, there is no doubt at all as to the song's genre! I really admire your ability to do this.

I hope Spring is shaping up to a wonderful season for you and Li.

All the best,
Noel

Band-in-a-Box® 2024 Review: 4.75 out of 5 Stars!

If you're looking for a in-depth review of the newest Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows version, you'll definitely find it with Sound-Guy's latest review, Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows Review: Incredible new capabilities to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs.

A few excerpts:
"The Tracks view is possibly the single most powerful addition in 2024 and opens up a new way to edit and generate accompaniments. Combined with the new MultiPicker Library Window, it makes BIAB nearly perfect as an 'intelligent' composer/arranger program."

"MIDI SuperTracks partial generation showing six variations – each time the section is generated it can be instantly auditioned, re-generated or backed out to a previous generation – and you can do this with any track type. This is MAJOR! This takes musical experimentation and honing an arrangement to a new level, and faster than ever."

"Band in a Box continues to be an expansive musical tool-set for both novice and experienced musicians to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs, as well as an extensive educational resource. It is huge, with hundreds of functions, more than any one person is likely to ever use. Yet, so is any DAW that I have used. BIAB can do some things that no DAW does, and this year BIAB has more DAW-like functions than ever."
