Hi Guys. Here is a new tune.
Not sure if I really like it my self but my wife does
so I will list it.
Still on my studio one journey.
All comments welcome. Rob

A Selfie With You

I'll take a selfie with you.
Therese nothing else I can do.

There's one born every minuet I'm just the current version.
I'll take a selfie with you.

You've been wasting my time.
The words you say are so cruel.

There's one born every minuet I'm the current version.
I'll take a selfie with you.

Chorus
I don't know what people and then you want to run away and hurt me.
You always seem preoccupied and I've been blinded by your lies desert
me.

Bridge

Chorus
I don't know what people and then you want to run away you hurt me.
You always seem preoccupied and I've been blinded by your lies desert
me.

Ive spent my whole life with you, can you see the pain you put me through.
There's one born every minuet and I'm the current version.
I'll take a selfie with you.

I'll just keep biding my time and then some bay I'll be fine.
There's one born every minuet and I'm the current version.
I'll take a selfie with you.

Sounds good to me, good vocal and clever lyrics.

Nice production too, I like the echo you used on "hurt me", very effective.

I really enjoyed this, Rob! Your vocals on this are outstanding, and the melodies are superbly catchy. It's the kind of tune that would go great accompanying a road trip.

Very well done - thanks for sharing smile

Rob,

Nicely done.

A solid production - and everything really "pops" - crisp and clear. The drums sound really good.

Well sung as always. Clever idea for a song...

Vocal control, you say. Never heard of it. Is that some kind of ProTools thing?

Rob,
Clever lyrics ( this is the latest way to leave your lover?) and your always strong vocal are a standout here.
I think its a really good mix too - your new DAW is working well.

The album art was so appropriate for this song, and the vocals were so clean! What about the song are you not really sure you like? I think it's quite fantastic.

Thanks for sharing!

This is a good tune. Everything sounds good to me.

Nice production. Liked that piano solo. Of course, I would have made it a guitar solo but.....

Yep, good job.

Great song idea and a "stick with you hook" and all carried very nicely by the cool vocal performance.

Looks like that new DAW is working out very well for you.

The entire productions sparkles on our monitors. And this production has it's share of little nuances that are fun to discover.

Enjoyed it!

Man Rob, this sounds great. Your vocal is outstanding and the production is the best I’ve heard from you. That DAW is working out. The editing is top notch and it is catchy as hell. Top notch work on this one. I loved it, Tom

The Band-in-a-Box® Flash Drive Backup Option

Today (April 5) is National Flash Drive Day!

Did you know... not only can you download your Band-in-a-Box® Pro, MegaPAK, or PlusPAK purchase - you can also choose to add a flash drive backup copy with the installation files for only $15? It even comes with a Band-in-a-Box® keychain!

For the larger Band-in-a-Box® packages (UltraPAK, UltraPAK+, Audiophile Edition), the hard drive backup copy is available for only $25. This will include a preinstalled and ready to use program, along with your installation files.

Backup copies are offered during the checkout process on our website.

Already purchased your e-delivery version, and now you wish you had a backup copy? It's not too late! If your purchase was for the current version of Band-in-a-Box®, you can still reach out to our team directly to place your backup copy order!

Note: the Band-in-a-Box® keychain is only included with flash drive backup copies, and cannot be purchased separately.

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.

Band-in-a-Box® 2024 Review: 4.75 out of 5 Stars!

If you're looking for a in-depth review of the newest Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows version, you'll definitely find it with Sound-Guy's latest review, Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows Review: Incredible new capabilities to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs.

A few excerpts:
"The Tracks view is possibly the single most powerful addition in 2024 and opens up a new way to edit and generate accompaniments. Combined with the new MultiPicker Library Window, it makes BIAB nearly perfect as an 'intelligent' composer/arranger program."

"MIDI SuperTracks partial generation showing six variations – each time the section is generated it can be instantly auditioned, re-generated or backed out to a previous generation – and you can do this with any track type. This is MAJOR! This takes musical experimentation and honing an arrangement to a new level, and faster than ever."

"Band in a Box continues to be an expansive musical tool-set for both novice and experienced musicians to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs, as well as an extensive educational resource. It is huge, with hundreds of functions, more than any one person is likely to ever use. Yet, so is any DAW that I have used. BIAB can do some things that no DAW does, and this year BIAB has more DAW-like functions than ever."
