Hi, friends !:))

Been away for quite a long time unintentionally
as my voice wanted to go on strike and also did
it, why I finally decided to call in the Daniettes
to back me up !

This will in fact be my 100 th tune on the site so it calls for some celebration ?

This tune, as you also can see from the lyrics, was written
before my and my partner´s (Li) trip to Spain in September.
I just could not finish this out earlier so it is a bit
anachronistic, but well....

Here are the links:

http://soundcloud.com/user-337827005/so-darlin-please-come-on

http://app.box.com/s/3ukdmt3sob4l8szbfovnhh0zosyuedh1

The style used is TEKW10+STY Wild n´out
and the instros are:

Synbass: 40
Clav: 8
Drums : RD:s Technowildnout AB-A Kick, B Kick Less
Guitar: I GM2 28/1 El Guit Detuned Clean
Daniettes (Voice Oohs I, 54)

Recorded with mixcraft 6 compression and reverb used

The lyrics:

SO DARLIN´PLEASE COME ON (Music and Lyrics by Norman Wibe)

Why am I feelin´restless ?, I don´t know
could it be happiness?, could it be loneliness?
could it just be ´cause you´re not here with me
my babe Li ?

I´d like for us to disappear, my dear
let´s go without no stress, fly away more or less
in secret for noone there to see
my babe Li !

So, darlin´please come on and pack your things
let´s see what funny things the future brings
I hope that we could leave stright away today

I´ve surely waited for this trip, so very long,
bought me a finer dress, even brushed up my tress
what would I do, two, three
without you, my babe
my babe Li

So, darlin´please come on and pack your things
let´s see what funny things the future brings
I hope that we could leave stright away today
It´s gonna be a trip we´ll never forget
a trip we surely never gonna regret
so come on darlin´ let´s flee and fly away
far away

Cheers
Dani

Wow, this song was so lovely and romantic. I really enjoyed it, especially the lyrics "I'd like for us to disappear, my dear. Let's go without no stress, fly away more or less".

This was a very lovely tune you made. Great job.

Wow - you nailed this! It is wonderfully catchy, and definitely has a very distinct quality to it. The production is very unique, and the use of MIDI here was outstanding.

Very well done - thanks for sharing smile

Vocal control, you say. Never heard of it. Is that some kind of ProTools thing?

Dani,

This 100th ( congratulations!) tune has all your signature vocal sounds with a new twist.
The electronic sounds work well on this as do those oohs.
Good feelings music!
