Bonjour,
je viens d'acquérir un nouvel ordinateur je souhaite y installer ma version de BIAB.
Le PB est que, lorsque je veux installer la clé produit, il me retourne
"vous avez atteint etc..." le tout en Anglais.
Donc ma question est:
comment faire pour valider mon BIAB sur un nouvel ordinateur

Pourrais tu mieux décrire le message que tu cites "vous avez atteint ...... ????".
Idéalement si tu pouvais faire parvenir des images capture d'écran, ce serait parfait.

voici le texte retourné suite à l'introduction du numéro de série BIAB
you have reached the maximum number of allowed activations for your license.
If you got a new computer,You can have the license released from the old one.
please contact us for further assistance.
Je comprends que ma clé produit doit être renouvelée pour l'installation sur mon nouvel ordinateur, mais je ne sais pas comment faire pour obtenir cette nouvelle clé.

Bonjour,
Le 1er message que tu reçois de BIAB t'indique que tu as dépassé le nombre de machines (PC) autorisées à recevoir BIAB. Il faut savoir que le nombre de machines max est de 3 pour une licence donnée.
Le 2ème message reçu t'indique que, si tu veux installer BIAB sur une (4ième) machine il te faut annuler une de tes installations précédentes.
Conclusion: supprime Band-in-a-Box sur le PC que tu ne veux plus utiliser et çà devrait marcher.

ps: ton installation doit se faire alors que tu es connecté à internet.

j'ai donc désinstallé BIAB d'un ordinateur.
Ensuite, les deux ordinateur étant branché internet j'ai réinstallé BIAB sur le nouvel ordinateur et le même message d'erreur s'affiche

C'est finalement résolu, j'ai envoyé une requête au support de BIAB qui m'a validé mon numéro de série pour 3 nouvelles installations.
