Hi,I have a question about the real tracks.
I'm missing some of them. When I open the dialog 'Real Tracks' and click on rebuild/fix I get the message that there are no missing files, nothing to do. When I close that window I get the message saying that 8 real tracks are missing.I have tried to post an image (jpg) to show that window...
What I'am doing wrong?

PS: I loaded all the 6 packages with the real tracks delivered with the Software from 2018.

Hi, Welcome to the forums. Have a look at the link below. This should help you post an image. (While the instructions refer to the chordsheet, they apply to all screen captures.) http://www.pgmusic.com/forums/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=472139#Post472139It would definitely help to see what ones are missing. Out of curiosity, what package did you buy? For example... the PlusPak and 49Pak, etc. Regards, Noel

Hi Noel, thank you for the reply.
When I switch to full screen reply i can't see the File Manager link. I tried with Edge and Firefox...
This is the message:
''8 realtracks have r*.st2 files in the BB folder, but no realtracks in the folder
c:\bb\realtracks\. Either install realtracks again or point to correct realtracks folder in RT settings.Then press Rebuild button to re-build the List.''
I bought the "Upgrade from 2016 or earlier
or crossgrade" $79.
Can it be that the missing tracks were part of the 2016 Version, because my realtracks folder was completly empty...

I'm looking at the Windows packages and see the upgrade from 2016 or earlier or crossgrade for $79 updates the content of any prior Pro package to match the content that's currently offered in the 2018 Pro package. Is that what you ordered?
The Pro or Mega package do not include all the RealTracks that are available for purchase. You can purchase sets of RealTracks or advance to the Ultra or Audiophile package to obtain the remainder of the available RealTracks.
The Band-in-a-Box program doesn't know if you have the Pro package, Mega package, Ultra package or Audiophile so it reports missing RealTracks as N/A.

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
