Scott..pretty cool haunting sense to this..I especially liked how you cranked up the intensity of your solo about 80% in.
I don’t think I’ve ever seen that style, so I was listening extra close. I liked it.
Thanks for sharing your high-quality work!

Scott,
This is a great soundscape -getting further "out there" as you change tone and up the intensity. That new guitar settup is bringing out some of your best playing. You are really flying here. I`m no endings wiz, but was expecting something different... a slow fade? Interesting title!

Really nice work here Scott It sounds so lush and full. I'm definitely getting a 70's vibe here. The two people above me described it as "intense" and I'd have to definitely agree. The lapsteel fit in there perfectly as well, and the groove is superb. You should be proud of this one - thanks for sharing!
Cheers, Deryk

Thanks for sharing your high-quality work! Thanks Tano After listening to an interview with Randy Bachman of the Guess Who he said he likes to Set his mikes away from his away from his amps to give a more live feel. I tried it and I really like the change in the tone. Glad you liked the song

A good listen, Scott. It does have a nice live feel to it.
Almost had a "spaghetti western" feel to it (without the tremolo baritone thing).

Scott, that's a very cinematic and nicely textured tune.
We love how easy it is to just fall in with it and let it take you on a relaxed journey.
Very nice playing and tone on all your instruments!

Robert Thanks Robert. I was amazing how much you can change the way the sounds are picked up by the mic. Some very interesting stuff. I just used the default ending from the squ file to end the song. Faded it out pretty quick. Will have to start experimenting with endings. Like the one we did where you slowed down the last four bars. Really nice work here Scott It sounds so lush and full. Scott this is your best to date IMHO. SSSWWEEEEETT tone! Your chops are second to none. This is extremely well recorded, mixed and produced.
Me, it's not about how many times you fail, it's about how many times you get back up. Cop, that's not how field sobriety tests work.

Hello,
Really mellow guitar sound! Very sweet! And the modulations are very unique. The drifting feeling of going back and forth between C minor key, D minor key and A minor key is wonderful. Enjoyed my listen a lot.
Best regards.

fj Thanks Floyd. I turned up the delay settings on the first part of the song. With the mic set back about 4 feet from the amp it picked out some characteristics from the room. Glad you liked the song.

I know others have mentioned how cinematic the song is; but you may want to consider putting it out there for something like that. I have to agree, it sets a mood that you could SO see being used for film. I honestly didn't know what to expect (not in a bad way)...just literally had NO expectation. I really liked it all the way around. It's never a bad thing when a drummer gets a guitar part stuck in their head Well done!

Scott,
When I listened to this, I did what I nearly always do with your works -- I sat back, closed my eyes and freely let images pass through my mind as I journeyed along with your playing. I found this a most enjoyable excursion.
As I've said a number of times before, you really have a wonderful lyrical quality to your playing.
All the best, Noel

Band-in-a-Box® 2024 Review: 4.75 out of 5 Stars!
If you're looking for a in-depth review of the newest Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows version, you'll definitely find it with Sound-Guy's latest review, Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows Review: Incredible new capabilities to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs.
A few excerpts:
"The Tracks view is possibly the single most powerful addition in 2024 and opens up a new way to edit and generate accompaniments. Combined with the new MultiPicker Library Window, it makes BIAB nearly perfect as an 'intelligent' composer/arranger program."
"MIDI SuperTracks partial generation showing six variations – each time the section is generated it can be instantly auditioned, re-generated or backed out to a previous generation – and you can do this with any track type. This is MAJOR! This takes musical experimentation and honing an arrangement to a new level, and faster than ever."
"Band in a Box continues to be an expansive musical tool-set for both novice and experienced musicians to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs, as well as an extensive educational resource. It is huge, with hundreds of functions, more than any one person is likely to ever use. Yet, so is any DAW that I have used. BIAB can do some things that no DAW does, and this year BIAB has more DAW-like functions than ever."
