Bonjour Il m'arrive de récupérer des fichiers BIAB dans lesquels je ne peux pas changer d'instrument sur la mélodie. Exemple : aujourd'hui, j'ouvre le fichier de 'Out Of Nowhere' (.MGU) dont la mélodie originelle est fixée sur le piano acoustique. Je souhaiterais la faire jouer en trompette. Je sélectionne 'Trompette' dans la liste en haut à gauche, et, lorsque je fais jouer, la mélodie revient automatiquement sur piano . Ce n'est pas la première fois que cela m'arrive, et je me demande même si cela ne m'est pas arrivé avec des fichiers que j'avais créés (et probablement un peu bidouillés). J'ai beau chercher dans l'interface (intuitive ) de BIAB (réglages du morceau, Options > Préférences, etc...) : je ne trouve rien pour modifier cet état de choses de façon définitive. La seule chose qui permette de pallier un peu ce problème consiste à démarrer le morceau et, pendant le décompte, à aller choisir rapidement l'instrument voulu qui joue pendant cette exécution, mais ce n'est pas satisfaisant, d'autant qu'au lancement suivant, on retrouve le piano). Quelqu'un aurait-il la solution ?

Essaye Préférences>>Options Midi et décoche à droite les changements de patches.

Merci pour ta réponse Phil, J'ai essayé de décocher les changements de patches sans succès. Je cherche, je cherche : je suis sûr qu'il y a une solution...

J'ai trouvé une solution pas totalement satisfaisante, puisque l'instrument affiché reste '1 Piano acoustique', mais je peux faire jouer la mélodie par un autre instrument (en l'occurence '57 Trompette').
- clic droit sur la première mesure (ou Ctrl + N) > Réglages du morceau > Mesures - dans le cadre 'Changement d'instrument', colonne Changement de patch à cette mesure, sur la ligne 'Mélodie' je remplace 'Conserver Patch' par '57 Trompette' à l'aide de la liste déroulante > OK
Ca joue la Trompette (moyennant l'abaissement d'une octave dans le panneau MIDI/Canaux), mais çà garde l'affichage de Piano acoustique. Bizarrement, la voix de trompette est alors doublée à l'octave en dessous (ressemble plus à un tuba)... Ce n'est pas désagréable, mais ce n'est pas ce que l'on attend...
Si quelqu'un trouve mieux, je suis preneur, car il est surprenant que l'affichage soit bloqué sur le Piano.

Je suppose que tu as la version 2008 de BIAB ?
Il me semble me rappeler que çà fonctionnait mieux dans les versions précédentes ... à vérifier ...

Oui, j'utilise la version 2008.5 avec les patches à jour.

J'avais probablement rencontré ce problème avec des versions précédentes, mais je ne m'y étais pas attardé. Là, je suis un peu ennuyé même si, comme je l'ai dit plus haut, j'ai réussi à contourner plus ou moins élégamment le problème.
Je reste attentif au cas où de nouvelles suggestions seraient faites, car il me paraît inconcevable qu'un fichier soit bloqué sur un instrument.

Si tu as par ailleurs un logiciel éditeur comme Finale ou Sibelius, il existe la solution consistant à exporter ton fichier Midi dans Finale ou Sibelius, et là tu pourras choisir tes instruments pour chaque partie.
BIAB montre ses limites ...

Il ne faut pas lancer la lecture. Tu changes d'instrument, donc hors lecture, et tu fais un "enregistrer morceau avec patches", là tu clic sur remplir Patches et tu valides avec un nouveau nom de fichier, si tu veux.

Merci Karantois pour ta suggestion que j'ai testée à la lettre, mais dans le cas précis que je citais dans mon premier post, je retrouve toujours le piano acoustique au lieu de la trompette que je souhaiterais.

Bonjour, Il faut enregistrer ton morceau avec patch. Là il est possible d'attribuer un instrument à chaque partie. Bonne continuation.

J'ai eu un problème aussi. c'était la batterie qui remplacé l'instrument choisi pour la mélodie. Voici un copier-coller de ce que j'ai fait à l'époque. Si ça peut de donner une piste:
"J'ai fait une "restauration" des fichiers Biab ( sans toucher aux fichiers qui sont dans la racine ) à partir d'un sauvegarde. C'est long, mais le problème est résolu. Je ne sais pas précisément ce qui s'est passé! Il me semble que le problème est apparu en ouvrant les fichiers de musique par l'explorer de Windows à la place de la commande habituelle que j'utilise "Alt+f3". "

When you run the Plugin from Reaper®, there is a panel to set the following options:
-BB Track(s) to send: This allows you to select the Plugin tracks that will be sent Reaper.
