RealTracks Set 42 takes you down to the Lone Star State with our "Texas Boogie" and "Texas Rock" guitar RealTracks styles. "Texas Boogie" includes two different guitar styles, intended to be used together if you want a full band effect, or separately if you just need a touch of that Boogie flavor. "Texas Rock" is the same, with two distinct styles that mesh together beautifully, or can be used individually. Each style has an 'A' and 'B' substyle, which will give your song the dynamic range it needs. In addition, all of these styles are equiped with "RealCharts" which allow you to see all the notes that are being played, either in notation, TAB, the on-screen guitar fretboard, or the on-screen piano keyboard.

RealTracks Set 42... Audio Demos!
_TEXROCK
This is the All-RealTracks demo for the <Guitar, Electric, Rhythm TexasRockChop Ev 120> and <Guitar, Electric, Rhythm TexasRockCrisp Ev 120> RealTracks styles. These guitars emulate the bluesy hard rock style of guitar playing that developed in Texas through the 70s and 80s. Both guitar styles increase in energy for the B section, giving the whole song dynamic variation. The demo also includes a strumming acoustic guitar RealTracks style, 8th-note electric bass RealTracks, and NashvilleEv8 RealDrums, playing an open hi-hat pattern through the A section and switching to the ride for the B section.

_Boogie1
This demo features two Texas Boogie guitar RealTracks styles: <Guitar, Electric, Rhythm TexasBoogie Sw 140> and <Guitar, Electric, Rhythm TexasBoogieShuffle Sw 140>. The first guitar style uses a crisp clean Blues guitar sound, playing a syncopated rhythm for the A section and switching to a classic riff for the B section. The second guitar style uses an edgier, grittier guitar sound, and plays a standard shuffle for the A section and straightens it out to mostly quarter notes for the B section. The bass and drums are also provided by RealTracks instruments.

This demo features two "Texas Boogie" guitar RealTracks styles joined by the <Guitar, Electric, Soloist Blues Sw 120> RealTracks style from RealTracks Set 10. This soloist was recorded at 120 bpm, and so is stretched up to 140 to match the Boogie styles at 140bpm.

This demo features two "Texas Boogie" guitar RealTracks styles in a gospel setting. The Drums are provided by the NashvilleShuffle RealDrums style, playing a snare pattern for the A section and a ride pattern for the B section. The bass is the Electric Pop Halfnotes Ev 120 style from RealTracks Set 22. The gospel flavor is provided by the MIDI piano from the AG_CLAP Band-in-a-Box style.

The demo features the <Guitar, Electric, Rhythm TexasRockChop> along with <Guitar, Acoustic, Strumming Ev 136> from RealTracks Set 8. The Acoustic Guitar and Poppy MIDI piano give this hard-edged Electric Guitar style a lighter treatment. The tempo is set to 140, and even though the TexasRockChop was recorded at 120, the stretching features in Band-in-a-Box stretch it to 140 with very little degradation in quality.
