SJZC4PS Style Demo
This RealStyle features the "Cool" Swing 16th styles of both the Rhythm Electric Guitar and Electric Piano soloist from RealTracks Set 93. It features a D minor "A" section, where the SmoothJazz RealDrums are playing a subtle cross-stick pattern against the hi-hat, and the tonality shifts to B major at the "B" section, and the drums follow the section by switching to a snare and ride cymbal pattern. The Electric Piano soloist continues to nail the changes throughout. The _SJZC4PS RealStyle loads this exact same instrumentation, including the soloist, so you can have all these instruments play on your own song with a single click of the mouse!
SJAZBL2 Style Demo
The demo features the rhythm section only playing over some poppy ballad changes. The instrumentation is Electric Guitar from RealTracks Set 93, rhythm Electric Piano & 5-string Bass from Set 73, and the SmoothJazzBallad drum style from RealDrums Set 28. The chord progression features a combination of triads and 7th chords, and all instruments play seamlessly over the whole thing.
SJAZZC4 Style Demo
This RealStyles features a full Smooth Jazz rhythm section playing a cool Smooth Hip-Hop groove. Featured here is the SmoothJazzCool swing 16th Electric Guitar from RealTracks Set 93, along with Electric Piano, 5-String Bass and RealDrums from previous sets. The rhythm Electric Piano and Guitar have similar timbres, and one way of keeping them from stepping on each other's toes is to pan them slightly left and right. This subtle change has the effect of making a fuller overall sound.
SJZBLPS Style Demo
This demo features the Electric Piano SmoothJazzBallad Soloist, playing over some minor changes. At the A section, the chords are triads, giving the overall song a poppy quality, and this is shifted at the B section where the chords are changed from Am to Am7. With the simultaneous changes in the drum patterns at this point, the whole song is given a noticeable shift.
SJBOPIN Style Demo
This demo features an unlikely but exciting union of swing 16ths smooth jazz styles with fast bop traditional jazz styles. This union is made possible by the "Double-time" feature that allows instruments to be used at half the tempo without stretching the audio. The Acoustic Bass & Piano are the Bebop Jazz styles recorded at 190bpm, but using the double-time feature they're cut in half to 95bpm (and stretched the short distance up to 100bpm). The guitar is the SmoothJazzCool style which was recorded at 100, so the Double-time feature is not used on it, nor is it used on the 100bpm SmoothJazzCool RealDrums. The bass plays "in-2" for the A sections and walks at B, and the walking in conjunction with the Smooth HipHop drum groove makes for a sophisticated, toe-tapping beat.
