Attempting to assist a user with a double-time issue I determined that RealDrums demo can lock BiaB up. I attempted three times with the same result each time.
(Running 2023 Build 1013)

Steps to reproduce:
1: Open the RealDrums Picker

2: Press the Settings button (lower LH corner)


3: Press the RD Demo button on the RealDrums Settings dialog.


4: Choose a RD style (in my case "-98_ROC+")


5: Respond No to the Song file has been changed dialog (if shown)

6: The song loads and a count in starts then the entire program locks up.

I couldn't get my BIAB to lockup but this sequence of events didn't seem to produce the kind of result needed. It's an area of BIAB that I've never looked at so I'm not sure if what happened to me is right or wrong. I'll keep on playing around with it.

Thanks for checking.
It didn't lock up when I tried it on a laptop computer, but it locked up three times in a row on the desktop.
I just tried again and it worked OK with "-Bachat" RealDrums, but locked up twice again when trying "-98_ROC+".

I tried again with "-98_4_5+" and it locked up again.

I wonder if it has something to do with the 9/8 time signature?

I'll keep experimenting...

So far it seems that every time I attempt with a non-standard time signature, it locks up.

Anything 4/4 is OK.

Try this? another complete lockup (Band In A Box is not responding message, no stack dump, anything, just lock-up and then 'reporting the message to Microsoft' message - which is not much help naturally):
