I recently purchased the new Jazz Realpak 4, installed it as i have with all the other realtracks i have into the correct folder but they are not showing up in the real track picker at all. What can i do?

Have you also upgraded the BiaB program itself via the Upgrade page?

What version of BiaB are you running currently (Help -> About)...

I have version 2009.5. Do i have to upgrade to 2010 for these to work?

I don't think so, no.

May be something else involved, though, you could either wait and see if someone from pgmusic development catches this thread, or you could contact pgmusic support directly on the subject for a possible solve in less time.

Jazz Realpak 4 requires bb10.05 or higher

Yes, RealTracks higher than 999 require version 2010.5. Sorry that this wasn't made clear on the Jazz RealPak 4 page - we are updating that now. (of course there is a 30 day MBG on it.)
