Say I do a song and BIAB created a very nice bass track for me.

Now I find that just a small bit of same does not seem appropriate form my feeling for that song.

Now I can view the notes and midi events of the track and edit them as I want to. It sounds great !

But after some seemingly unrelated actions BIAB (2007) forgets my modification.

Is there a way I can make my modifications to an auto-track permanent ?

Yes, you can ! You just have to freeze your bass track. This feature needs to run BIAB version 2010.
