What I imagine BIAB 2014 is singing right now.

I agree with you on that point, very nice.

But I'll bet the PG staffing folks are not taking many
days off at a crucial time like this....

I heard Ronnie Milsap singing that in my head!

I've lived a sheltered life and have not used BIAB yet. I AM going to purchase BIAB 2014! I've waited over 60 years for this product and I can easily wait a few more weeks before it's available...

THE HECK I CAN!

Seeker: Thanks for the reply. I guess we can hope for something soon.

Robh: I hear Mr. Robert Zimmerman singing in my head.

Wallyg: Enjoy

Wally,

I do not know how you can wait for your first one as I cannot wait for my upgrade!!!

My patience is now wearing thin and I keep popping in on the site hoping against hope that they are releasing 2014 early. I am taking my holiday during early December this year and am hoping that I could have my hands on it to spend some quality daylight time on it for a change .....

I just wonder if I'll be able to afford it when it is finally released. Not having the midyear upgrade is PG Music going to have to up its prices to cover the newest version?

History of it says, "No".

Matter of fact, the history of releases has more times where there wasn't any X.5 midyear release than there are such releases.

And I suppose that I have been waiting over 60 year for me to first get my first BIAB program as well.

I will admit it is getting harder and harder to wait......

But what is it that they say...good thing come to those who wait....

"Historically", the 20nn version would be released in December. Is the announcement usually made on November 30th? Friday the 29th?

Not that I'm in a hurry to get it....

I don't ever remember having the new version announced or released before December.

Well I reckon if its going to be a "big one" with all the changes such as 64 bit and GUI changes that a lot of people have been asking for, I think we will have an early release, and a lot of happy people.

If on the the other hand things remain the same with biab with 50 extra features and the usual upgrade of realtracks and other things, then maybe it will be a late release, it will be getting nearer to Christmas and people won't have time to be unhappy, and will treat themselves to the upgrade anyways!

Of course you can consume the above with a large pinch of salt!
