I've entered some Section Text here:

Notation Window > Editable Notation Mode, then right click and Insert Section Text

Then type some text in the box (either "regular" or "boxed") then click OK.

Now, how do I move or edit or erase that text?

In the notation window, left click on the "editable notation mode" button. Right click on the text you want to edit or delete. Select "insert section test". The "section text event" box will open. Now here's the trick. Press the cancel button. This will open the box so you can edit or delete your text.

The easiest way to remove any of the midi-events, and thats what a text event is, is to use the # button on the notation window. It's just tot eh right of the B, D, P etc buttons and left of the lyric button.
Click 'edit lyrics' and you can change any text event of lyric. You can even add lyrics in the lead in bar
