I know that pressing FREEZE, will save a RealTrack Solo, and I know that if a track is MIDI it lights up yellow, but I don't know how to save that MIDI track.

There's also the Export MIDI button, might be a different layout in BB 2013 though:

Yea, they're usually pretty good. Anyhoo, I've got another Solo track question that's akin to the "Push" question. The push feature works really well with MIDI, but not so much with RealTracks. Have you ever gotten it to work using RealTracks, because I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be able to make that kind of audio edit.
