On the third button in, in the transport area (the button with the black circular arrow) there is a tick box. Select that and untick it. When you select it there is a drop down box with the choices.

Pressing "Ctrl + T" toggles between the screen view VideoTrack displays in his screen shot and the screen view I show in the top screen shot below. When the screen view resembles mine the loop button is located on the Transport control bar and is the third button from the left.
Pressing the loop control button causes the pop-up window shown in the bottom screen shot below to display.

Yes, as Jim points out, the button you are looking for changes in format and location depending on the interface style you are using. Control-T will toggle the interface.
