Powertracks Pro Audio 2013 does not show piano roll edits in the notation window (same instrument-channel-track). Also, edits made in the notation view do not show up in the piano roll view.

Interesting, have you opened both windows at the same time??? In that case, I suspect that the edits made in the active window are unlikely to show in the non-active Window until that window is closed and re-opened
