I cant extract the melody out of a .kar file.

The melody track winds up with a bunch of horrible sounding junk.

I have tried extracting to tracks and the two diaglog boxes I have tried everything with them.

I need the melody track so I can pitch track in biab.

Did you change the .Kar extension from >kar to .Mid? That might do the trick. It may also depend which program you are trying to extract it into.
