It swings, (until the bass solo which interrupts the flow a tad), but is CRYING OUT for a vocal. C'mon Mike...please.

I liked the simplicity of this throughout.

A really well chosen set of tracks that swing together nicely.

Perhaps I wasn't a fan of the bass solo, but nice, nevertheless.

Thanks Ray and Video for the comments. Always appreciate it. I know that some of my tracks are suitable for vocals, however you guys don't want me to sing. If someone wants to collaborate in the vocals I'm totally open to the idea. Just let me know.

Mike,

The structure of the song is just amazing.
It must be one song that jazz fans will love.
I agree with Trevor.
A really well chosen set of tracks that swing together nicely.
Enjoyed my listen a lot.

Best regards.

Mike,

This is a very well laid out track, and as stated by others, has a great swing to it. I love the balanced feel - everything is spaced out nicely, articulated, and is just spot on. I agree with @rayc - some vocals would work well with it.

Nicely done.

We are fans of the Midi SuperTracks...they are so versatile and
you made great use of them.

As always your all RT/RD tracks sound very cohesive and this
is a fine example of that.

Enjoyed it!

Great listening, Mr. Black is a whiz! LIked the bass solo, too.

Thanks to all for the time to listen and the comments. Unfortunately, writing lyrics has never been my skill which I truly envy from all of you who can. Glad you all enjoy it.

HI Mike ...

I always love your jazz posts ... which almost all of them! That's one terrific piano you got from that Super Midid ... just perfect!

As far as the bass solo, just an opinion, FWIW: I'd bring it a little more forward in the mix (then back down to normal volume after the solo). It sounds to me the track has a little reverb on it But, that might be my 73 year-old ears! But if it does have a little reverb, I think I'd pull it back.

Regardless, that was a real sweet listen! Really nice, Mike!

Best to you ... be safe ...

Alan

Very cool tune. Loved it..

At the risk of being redundant - that piano is swinging. smile

Thank you guys, I'll have a listen again and follow Alan's consideration on the bass track. Two 73 years old ears Better than one!

Regards

Hi, (Resolved} means that I "corrected" the issue with the bass reverb, I think it sounds better now as suggested by some folks. Thanks to all.
