For the next few weeks we sought the greatest pleasure
committed acts I knew I would treasure

The days became shorter the nights grew cooler
I became aware that I would soon lose her
Back there she had to go back there.

An interesting vocabulary is one of the few benefits of growing up in South Alabama and Georgia. We considered our cousins from Birmingham to be Northerners. Don't get me started on carpetbaggers or scalawags.

I also had to look up Yankee Dime.

Interesting song, BLONG... I know all about Yankee dimes... Kisses from my Grandma, but never from a lover... We called that something else.
