Has anyone experienced clipped audio files when exporting out of biab?

i always set vol to 90db (default) and check flat,dry, and center before biab export to .wav

From time to time the result is audio files that are clearly pegged at various parts in my DAW. Some of my testing software confirms the visual clipping.

I wouldn't have expected this based on the settings mentioned above.

Most of the offending Real Tracks are bass or drums.

Any other FX being used on these tracks?
Or Gain Changes or Volume Automation?

A slight bit of reverb (20-30) on the biab tracks.
Nothing else before it gets into my DAW.

The questionable tracks will display various portions of the performance pegged in the waveform display when first loaded into the DAW.
