Maybe the video rattles sombeody enough to quit smoking before his/her bones rattle.

But quitting to smoke requires a change of mindset first. I like your illustrative humour in this video.

There are three types of non-smokers:

1. the ones before their first cigarette (many die before they lit their first one)
2. the ones after their last cigarette (many believe they are in this group, but belong to the next...)
and
3. the ones twixt two cigarettes. (This could be years...)
