These are User Created RealDrums/Midi Templates.
They will give Intros, Fills and 4bar Endings
They include midi files for creating drums from a Vi.
You can just open the midi files in Realband and set bar offset to -2.
So you will have a 2 bar count-in.

Just rename "ACountryRockEv8" to your Drums everywhere it occurs.
in the folder names "ACountryRockEv8^01-Normal"
inside the text files "wavename=ACountryRockEv8^01-Normal_120_Style.wav"
and change the tempo and Sw or Ev if needed,
change wma and m4a names in demos.

RealTracks\Data\RealDrums Demos Audio (wma for win, m4a for mac)
are where the demo are these play in the Drum Picker Window.
Just save a small drum solo & with band sample as wma & m4a

The main wav drum tracks will work in Win and Mac.

The "^" must be left on names, this tells BB\RB the Drums have substyles variations (see pic below)

If you open the folder Drums\ACountryRockEv8^\ACountryRockEv8^01-Normal, then open ACountryRockEv8^01-Normal_120_Style.txt
you will see the Pattern Bar numbers.

This text file "ACountryRockEv8^03-Fills_120_Style.txt" tells BB\RB what bars the fills are in the wavename=ACountryRockEv8^03-Fills_120_Style.wav
Quote:
;;Fills

pattern,Fill,A,1,0,1,1
pattern,Normal,A,5,0,1,1
pattern,Fill,B,1,0,1,1
pattern,Normal,B,5,0,1,1

pattern,Fill,A,1,0,1,3
pattern,Normal,A,5,0,1,3
pattern,Fill,B,1,0,1,3
pattern,Normal,B,5,0,1,3. . .

Same with "ACountryRockEv8^02-Intros_120_Style.txt" tells where the Intros (Count-ins) (you can also add vocal count-ins) are also in are in the wavename=ACountryRockEv8^02-Intros_120_Style.wav
Quote:
: Intros

pattern,Count-in,0,5,0,2,-1
pattern,Count-in,0,5,0,2,2
pattern,Count-in,0,5,0,2,5
pattern,Count-in,0,5,0,2,8
pattern,Count-in,0,5,0,2,11
pattern,Count-in,0,5,0,2,14
. . . .

Explanation of Patterns (last number is the bar number where the pattern starts, second last is how many bars)
Quote:
;All drum patterns follow this template:
;pattern,{pattern type},{weight},{mask},{length},{wavefile bar#}

;· 0 - No mask: This pattern can be used anywhere
;
;· 1 - Odd bars only: 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, etc. bars after a part marker
;
;· 2 - Even bars only: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, etc. bars after a part marker
;
;· 3 - 3, 7, 11, 15, etc. bars after a part marker
;
;· 4 - 4, 8, 12, 16, etc. bars after a part marker
;
;· 5 - 5, 13, 21, etc. bars after a part marker
;
;· 6 - 6, 14, 22, etc. bars after a part marker
;
;· 7 - 7, 15, 23, etc. bars after a part marker
;
;· 8 - 8, 16, 24, etc. bars after a part marker
;
;· etc.

So this will tell you in RB where a pattern starts and finishes so you can replace in the track below with your new midi/loops/recorded drums.

In ACountryRockEv8^01-Normal_120_Style.mid from bar 95 on are just single hits that can be used to make up custom hits, fills etc.. so as to give the user the option to drag the wav into RB > right click > Time Stretch it to match Tempo then cut n paste hits where needed, so no to be limited.

I have included NAudio Midi File Mapper this will re-map EZDrummer midi drums to what you prefer, run MidiFileMapper.exe

Making Tracks

open the Midi files in RB and set the tempo (with midi you can easily change the tempo to have more variation) the included has 2 tempos 120 & 140 but you can add more or change these)
Just add you own midi/loops/recorded drum tracks to the track below to line up with the normal playing A or B, pre fills, post fills, intros, 2 bar endings, 4 bar endings etc..
Now save to wav (you can use MME to render to wav if using Vi you get missing notes or you can record it to wav by setting your audio Input to "Stereo Mix" and record on track below without Metronome.
Check out Making Drum Solos to chop up existing tracks.

To get them to show in the Drum Picker Window:
in bb\Data update the files and save with YOUR drum info,
Add RDUserUpdate.txt to bottom of RDUserMemos.txt
Add DrumStylesUpdate.txt to bottom of DrumStylesInfo2.txt

This is the you will get in the drum picker window"

Getting Custom RealDrums to show in Mac.

Using them:

Fills: Highlight any section > Generate Fills.
4 Bar Endings: Uncheck 2 Bar Ending, add 8 more bars to song, highlight

The zip contains folders locations to copy the files to.
The wav files are just dummy ones. Just replace and rename with yours then upload so we can use them lol.

Wow, it's going to take me a bit of time to work all this out ( I've had a couple of years away from my music stuff), this is going to be so helpful. I'm not familiar with user tracks, but this is going to be great.
Thank you.
