Please fix the undo, redo functions and add undo/redo icons/buttons on the main screen.

Perform partial generate on the track two or three times. After that undo it, verify the result.
I've just tried using Ctrl + F8, Alt + F8 and F7 > Realtracks > Partial regeneration. Undo working properly here, on the chord view, and in the Tracks View.
