On the flip side.... I find that when you have the correct style and real track selected, the solo's tend to be very good.

Here's a tip. render the track several times if you are using it for a solo. Then, using automation envelopes set to volume control, you can easily choose the sections of the solo from the tracks you rendered to make one smoking solo.

I did this very thing on the guitar solo here: http://soundclick.com/share.cfm?id=11971116 solo starts at 1:12 approx.

that solo was edited from 5 tracks rendered from the same real track. Each rendering was different. Piano fills required 3 tracks.


Thanks for the reply.The song sounds great also the lyrics.About the Tele guitar work is it all BB Real tracks,fills ins & everything? What about the other instruments like bass,drums etc?

One more question.When I press the M button Melodist,I dont get anything happening.Do I need to buy something to make it work?I just have 2013 BB pro for mac.I clicked on the 'M" button to load a melody & here is what the error message says MELTINPN.ST2 not found.....reinstall your soloist disk.



Yes.. it is 100% BB/RB tracks. all fills on guitar and piano are RB.
