How many choruses do you have selected?
If you left it at three the first and third chorus will be A while the second chorus will be B. They change automatically, it's a feature.
That is one of the reasons I only use one chorus, i.e. I have control over where I want the A and B sections. If you have the choruses set to more than 2 you can unfold your song into one chorus.
