I'm starting to suspect you just got hired to make us feel good around here, but thanks for the kind words as always  Actually... I'm supposed to make you feel bad... I'm just terrible at my job... Don't tell anyone!!!  Ps. maybe chuck this in the brand-new Beginner's Forum as well? It's a perfect tip for people who don't have a cohesive way of approaching their mixing practice yet. Very good, then - It's done.
