I get an error that says "bbw.exe - Bad Image, ****.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error", *** is the full file path and it repeats this error for 3 different .dlls I have re-installed the program and installed the updates 3 times with the same result each time.


We encountered a similar problem a few months ago, where McAfee (on certain computers) was deleting .dll's, without any notification. It would leave a 0 byte dll file in the Band-in-a-Box folder that was not a valid dll, so the program would give errors like this. I think you can exclude the Band-in-a-Box folder in the Mcafee settings (if that's indeed what your issue is), but you likely need to reinstall Band-in-a-Box (just the main program file) to get the files back.
