Given the regular confusion users have when the system is in DAW mode (deliberately or otherwise) and they cannot control Windows (this issue has included me), I suggest a better alert should be provided, maybe something like this:
I wonder if there are any takers for an alert that actually gets the user's attention to remind them of the DAW status?
