I suggest you highlight the third track down that has the solo guitar on it and then chose Real Drums from the menu and add back the appropriate RD.

Then if you want the solo guitar add it in an open utility track. Problem Solved. It will be hard to chase down why this happened, but it is relatively easy to fix.
