Speaking of fans, I like that Epiphone you got. I can't give you much help on recording bass. I just plug in to the Focusrite, which goes into the input and play. When I mix it I'll add the Waves CLA Bass and Bass Rider (thanks to the advice of Bud Merritt). I think you're way above my pay grade regarding recording, but if you ever think of anything I can help with, send me a message.

Thanks.... I played in a band where the drummer actually rode the crash a lot.... it was irritating but it was what we did.

When you forget to listen with the ears of an engineer, I reckon that means I did my job as a writer. I gotta figure out the bass thing.... I believe it's going to involve cutting and carving frequencies.
