By default VST3 will go to C:\Programs Files\ Common Files \ VST3 \ The file you want is "Band-in-a-Box DAW VST3 Plugin.vst3" PG music recommends the VST3 plugin for various reasons. Also as mentioned S1 does not use the fx VST. Make sure S1 knows where to find the VST and if need be have scan on startup selected to add any new plugins.

In studio one drag to the tracks to the start of the time line not the arranger. The later does not work like in bandlab for some reason.

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
