Help!!?? Very new to BIAB but not new to DAWs. I've developed a problem I can't overcome on day two of using the Mac SW on Sonoma 14.4.1. I was working fine with the audio editor and audio chord wizard (fabulous functionality BTW) however suddenly I now have a completely blank window in the audio editor. I cannot see any waveform data at all. I can zoom in and out (scrollbar alters size bottom of window). I can right click and get things like copy/paste/ set to bar 1 etc but I simply cannot see any of the actual waveform. I've tried 'in window' 'separate window' Ive tried the GPT chat and followed all instructions (force quit, restart) restarted the Mac, reinstalled the software, checked snap etc. Nothing I do will allow me to see the waveform I'm trying to work on. I really am at a complete loss how to fix this. (Yes tried different audio files, display settings to default etc.)
Your thoughts on this would be enormously appreciated!

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first? If your flash drive (or other USB plug) doesn't have a symbol to indicate which way is up, look for the side with a seam on the metal connector (it only has a line across one side) - that's the side that either faces down or to the left, depending on your port placement.
