Hi,
I have procrastinated until the last few hours.
The cost to upgrade from my 2020 USB HD to 2022 USB HD is $324 US.
There is something called extra styles Pak 12 for $29 or everything they sell at $199. Plus something called Xpro Styles PAK 2 at $29. All these style PACs are a bit confusing on what I will be able to use. Also $500 or $600 for all this stuff is getting pretty pricy.
Any recommendations for what to buy in the style PAK thing?

I agree that this is always confusing. There is a PGM page that can apparently help you decide. As for the Additional Styles Paks, the Xtra Styles Paks 1 to 12 are pretty good, and give you lots of material, but you can also browse through them individually on this page to see if some grab your attention better than others. I always suggest to purchase the best that fits your budget. HTH Trev

I have been listening to the demos of the style PAKs. I had already decided to buy Audiophile 2022 and Style PAK 12. The rest can sit on hold.
There are ten thousand things I have never listened to in any of the BIAB versions I own...lol
There gets to be a point in all this music software investment where two or three hundred dollars is not a material amount of money.
I see some equally stupid buying decisions happen in the sports fishing world. 300K for the boat, 300 gals of fuel for the day, $150 worth of bait, 10K worth of rods and reels, and then you save money by putting a 50 cents cheap snap swivel instead of a $2 dollar proper one on the end of the line and lose the fish.

Rather have more and not need it than need it and not have it. Buy as much as you can afford. How would you feel is that ONE feature you didn't buy has exactly the style you need?
I am using the new 1040XTRAEZ form this year. It has just 2 lines.

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first?
