Where I’ll Be

I read in the bible, of a place prepared for me,
a beauty told in the word, none to compare.
Where we’ll walk on streets so golden,
Just beyond the gates of pearl,
oh, we’ll have a glorious meeting in the air.

Chorus:
Where I’ll be, I’ll see the beauty of Heaven,
where I’ll be, I’ll see the sparkling Crystal sea
And then I’ll see my Jesus, upon his mighty throne,
Where I’ll be, I will truly call it my home..

If you don’t know this savior we call Jesus,
friend don’t wait, his coming time is soon.
He’s waiting there to meet you at the altar,
the time is now, could be morning, night or noon.

Repeat Chorus:

Great example of a very revered genre, well put together and just enough chord changes to keep it interesting. Your song should find a happy audience, well written and nicely recorded, your voice fits perfectly. Nice tune.

Thanks for sharing, I enjoyed it.

Ronnie,

A good rockin' gospel sound. Your vocal is strong and clear. The vocal is a little loud compared to the backing tracks. You could lower it a bit to sit in the mix a little more and it would still stand loud and clear, I think.

Good job.

Very nicely done praise song. Your voice is suited perfectly to the song and the lyrics and delivered with integrity and heart. You can always tell when someone really feels the song that they perform, and I totally get that vibe here.

Hi Ronnie ...

This is the type of gospel I enjoy listening to. You put together a real nice band to back you up. I agree with Floyd that the vocal could be dialed back just a bit.

Also, I really enjoyed the key modulation. They always seem to breathe new life into a song. Nice wotk on this!

Really well done - it has a certain sincerity to it, and your vocals work excellently with the gospel sound. It flows perfectly and is nicely catchy too, I found.

Great work and thanks for sharing Ronnie smile

Hi, Ronnie.

Enjoyed the song - as usual, solid harmony, sincere singing, and strong melody.

Vocal control, you say. Never heard of it. Is that some kind of ProTools thing?

Solid retelling of the book - the vocal is a little loud & I suspect you're a little too close to the mic too.
Excellent melody.

Cheers

Band-in-a-Box® 2024 Review: 4.75 out of 5 Stars!

If you're looking for a in-depth review of the newest Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows version, you'll definitely find it with Sound-Guy's latest review, Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows Review: Incredible new capabilities to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs.

A few excerpts:
"The Tracks view is possibly the single most powerful addition in 2024 and opens up a new way to edit and generate accompaniments. Combined with the new MultiPicker Library Window, it makes BIAB nearly perfect as an 'intelligent' composer/arranger program."

"MIDI SuperTracks partial generation showing six variations – each time the section is generated it can be instantly auditioned, re-generated or backed out to a previous generation – and you can do this with any track type. This is MAJOR! This takes musical experimentation and honing an arrangement to a new level, and faster than ever."

"Band in a Box continues to be an expansive musical tool-set for both novice and experienced musicians to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs, as well as an extensive educational resource. It is huge, with hundreds of functions, more than any one person is likely to ever use. Yet, so is any DAW that I have used. BIAB can do some things that no DAW does, and this year BIAB has more DAW-like functions than ever."
