Cool video, and what a crazy harmonica, man. Good song, Tommy, and your vocal is perfect for it. Puff Puff Pass. I accept, but keep it away from Mr. Bogart. He never knows when to quit. Excellent use of the software.

Hi Tommy,
funny song with a gorgeous groove. The harmonica parts are devine. The video is funny, but I can't believe that you made that cartoon yourself or that it is is Public Domain, so I think you're taking a pretty high risk.
I know what I'm talking about: I once paid about 3,000 bucks for showing an unlicensed X-mas carton image on my website for a couple of weeks.
There's a lot of people on the run just looking for getting you by the... you know what.
Just in case the video is PD - I'd be very much interested in the platform you got it from!

Thanks, Stefan! I got it from YouTube, they usually hit me with a notice of copyright claim immediately! Most of the time if they do, it's a you can't monetize this. They have removed some in the past, I believe this one is very old.

They have removed some in the past, I believe this one is very old. Hi Tommy, I don't think that YouTube will cause you problems - the copyright owners will. YT can only remove, the copyright holders can charge or even sue you. You know I'm working a lot on videos and in the course of that 've found a couple of rules that I hope will keep me safe. There are zillions of free clips, so why should we disregard copyrights? , Even on YouTube: If they are marked 'standard license' the author doesn't allow you to use it. I do respect this. If you do a YT search you can filter the results by clicking FILTER' (top left) and then click 'Creative Commons'. Only clips with the so-called 'attribution license' will be shown. You may use them, BUT you'll have to credit them. Same goes for VIMEO where you can filter your search even more precisely. There are many platforms where you can get Public Domain stuff - that is the only stuff we may use without crediting the author. Once you've put a lot of effort and time into an own video you wouldn't be happy to see someone else uses it without even mentioning you as the author. At least I wouldn't. You made a very nice song AND video. You sang it very funny and the video was funny too.
I think I know what style you used in BIaB. A nice style for this sort of music.
I was thinking the same as Stefan about the ownership of the images. So take care on that!
