Ok, now I'm REALLY going out on a limb. Early Sunday morning, I was thinking that it might be fun to make a new song for my wife for Valentine's day. I started from the chords, and the lyrics and melody came together pretty quickly. This is my first try at singing since grade school, so be gentle.  This uses the :GEORG_P and a trumpet soloist. Hi Matt, You have a nice voice - not to worry, confidence in singing comes with practice. You put together a good arrangement. I enjoyed it. It's heartfelt and I'm sure your wife will love it. Thanks for sharing.

This song is super; great mix, chord progression, vox and outstanding lyrics.

Thanks everyone for the comments. I got points for creativity and romance this year. I've been tinkering with another instrumental, but I'm not going to shut the door on vocals. Now, if I could only get my daughter to sing - she's got the voice in the family! -Matt

I have been so busy writing songs for the FAWM challenge I have not been able to listen to a lot of songs. I am glad I did. Nice lyrics. Nice easy feel. Excellent production. Thanks for sharing! My Reverbnation
