Tano,
Cool sound. Great tracks, well mixed. And an interesting idea/lyric. There are a number of places in the lyric where there are words that you could "drop" without changing the meaning at all - and make the lyric "sing" more. Since you did not post a lyric, it's hard to remember exactly where/what they were...

Thanks Floyd, I agree..I'd like to simplify the lyric in spots, without changing the meaning...I'm sure a fresh pair of eyes can give me some great ideas..thanks for the comments and input!
"Screen Talk"
In the dark of night I scan the global sea I'm searching every little moment In the hopes that I might find someone Drifting traveler who'll echo me. -------------------------- Every lonely night Out on the virtual sea I'm surfing every little moment And I hope I can rescue someone-- And that someone can rescue me. ------------- As I'm cruising in the endless space Out of darkness pops a friendly face A gentle smile and velvet hair Is she really there? --------------- It's a non-stop flight To one specific bay I'm spending every little moment Where I know I will meet my someone. Lovely stranger from far away. -------------- And I find that I'm reaching for her image..I touch it Nothing there to warm me but the cool of the glass She knows just what I mean Smiling there on my screen But am I falling for a phantom Tell me she's real. ------------------ Since we started we've been pouring out 'Cross the lines we feel each other out But then I have to I stop and stare Is she really there? ---------- In the dark of night I dash across the sea I'm loving every little moment To the arms of my special someone. Phantom lover who echoes me. ------------------ And I find that I'm reaching for her image..I touch it Nothing there to warm me but the cool of the glass Really like what I've seen Chatting there on the screen But am I falling for a phantom Tell me she's real. ------------------------------ To the arms of my special someone. Phantom lover who echoes me. (repeat)

Tano,
Very cool song. Agree if you drop some of the extra words that would really enhance the overall feel. Nice job.

Band-in-a-Box® 2024 Review: 4.75 out of 5 Stars!
If you're looking for a in-depth review of the newest Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows version, you'll definitely find it with Sound-Guy's latest review, Band-in-a-Box® 2024 for Windows Review: Incredible new capabilities to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs.
A few excerpts:
"The Tracks view is possibly the single most powerful addition in 2024 and opens up a new way to edit and generate accompaniments. Combined with the new MultiPicker Library Window, it makes BIAB nearly perfect as an 'intelligent' composer/arranger program."
"MIDI SuperTracks partial generation showing six variations – each time the section is generated it can be instantly auditioned, re-generated or backed out to a previous generation – and you can do this with any track type. This is MAJOR! This takes musical experimentation and honing an arrangement to a new level, and faster than ever."
"Band in a Box continues to be an expansive musical tool-set for both novice and experienced musicians to experiment, compose, arrange and mix songs, as well as an extensive educational resource. It is huge, with hundreds of functions, more than any one person is likely to ever use. Yet, so is any DAW that I have used. BIAB can do some things that no DAW does, and this year BIAB has more DAW-like functions than ever."
