One of the challenges for the 5090 this year was to write an album in September, Here is the link to "Grace and Glory" the album I wrote, the album art was done in the windows program paint. It is a 9 song Praise and Worship album, it is free for download on my soundcloud, either song by song or the whole album, to any who are interested. All of the songs have full band in a box backing tracks. Thanks PG for such a great product! Grace and Glory

Interesting.... the song Grace.... first one, ... the verse is almost note for note a copy of the melody in Johnny Cash's Ring of Fire. Much too close for comfort.

GuitarHacker, I just looked up ring of fire on youtube had not heard it in years, and then I listened to grace, I think if you listen to the two together you will hear the melody difference. I appreciate the listen and the feedback.

I have heard and played so many songs in my life and one thing that I have a good memory on is music. I can't tell you what I had for dinner last night but I can remember songs that are 40 years old with only a few notes.... (go figure)....
All I'm saying is the song instantly brought that song to mind. Were it me, I would have re-written it having recognized it, however, if you have not heard ROF...ever.... then it's legit for you.

Write an album in a month? Sheeesh! I'm extremely luck if I can squeeze out two songs in a month. You guys with the ever flowing creativity fountains amaze me. Nice work all the way around.

Handy flash drive tip: Always try plugging in a USB device the wrong way first?
